You approve who and what stays
Nexo asks the server owner before anything risky settles in. Nothing is removed on its own without your choice.
- New bots are stripped of every permission until you allow or kick them, and any role grant to them is reverted.
- Brand-new Discord accounts are flagged to you with Allow and Kick buttons.
- Server owners can ask Nexo staff to blacklist harmful users platform-wide. Staff review each request, and you still decide per server.
- Raid detection, lockdown and permission protections sit alongside.

Questions
Is Nexo free?
Yes. The Free plan covers core moderation, tickets, welcome messages, roles, logging, leveling and fun commands with set limits. Premium raises those limits and unlocks advanced features. The plan table above shows exactly what each plan includes.
What data does Nexo collect?
Dashboard login stores your Discord ID, name and avatar, and the servers you can manage. Features a server turns on record their own data, such as moderation cases or ticket transcripts. We do not sell data or use advertising trackers. The Privacy Policy lists everything in detail.
What permissions does Nexo need?
Nexo asks Discord for specific permissions rather than Administrator. Which ones are used depends on the features you turn on, for example Ban Members for moderation or Manage Roles for role panels.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open the dashboard, go to Premium, and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops renewals and Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
How do I delete my data?
Log in and use “Delete my account data” to remove your dashboard account. In any server with Nexo, run /mydata delete to remove your levels, balances, reminders and similar member data. For anything else email us.
